Bob Flynn
Bob Flynn has experience investing in multiple asset classes. He holds a B.A from the College of William and Mary. After college he worked for Salomon Smith Barney and in middle market institutional equity sales at Citigroup’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank. He then went on to get his MBA at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he received the Michigan Distinguished Leaders Award Scholarship. Following business school he worked for Professors Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm. Since 2010 he has engaged in several categories of real estate investments both with his own capital and on behalf of limited partners through various private placements. These investments range from new single family home construction to “value add” multifamily and mobile home park investments. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE #01888771) with a mortgage loan originator endorsement (NMLS #386581), he’s also arranged and participated in various types of loans secured by real estate.
